On 10 May 2017, the International Air Services Commission (the Commission) received an application [PDF: 203 KB]   from Qantas requesting a variation of Determination [2011] IASC 123, as amended, to permit the use of the capacity for code sharing between Jetstar and Finnair.

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the application.

The closing date for making a submission is 24 May 2017. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
