The Commission has received an application from Qantas  [PDF: 57 KB]  seeking an allocation of fourteen frequencies per week on the Thailand route and 2,121 weekly seats on the Taiwan route to be used for third country code share services. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is cob 12 May 2011, with the applications due by cob 19 May 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 12 May 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
