Consultation Requirements

When the International Air Services Commission receives an application for:

• an allocation of new capacity;
• a variation to an existing determination; or
• a renewal of a determination

It is required by the International Air Services Commission Act 1992 to notify other Australian carriers, invite other applications for the capacity or submissions in relation to the application, as the case may be. The Commission invites other applications or submissions through notice on its website and by email to Australian carriers and other interested parties.
