Hong Kong - 15 November 2019
The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application
from Qantas requesting the renewal of Determination [2015] IASC 115 (as varied) which allocates 28 frequencies of capacity per week in each direction between Australia and Hong Kong.
Invitation for submissions
In accordance with sections 12 and 17 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the route.
The closing date for making a submission is 29 November 2019. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make an application as soon as possible.
Indonesia - 06 November 2019
The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application
from Virgin Australia requesting the allocation of 880 seats of passenger capacity between Australia and Indonesia.

Thailand - 30 October 2019
The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application
from Qantas seeking to vary Determination [2017] IASC 108, as varied, to enable Qantas to use the capacity for the provision of code share services with Air France and KLM Airlines on the Australia-Thailand route.
Invitation for other applications
In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the review of the determination.
