The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application from Virgin Australia seeking to vary Determination [2017] IASC 113, on the New Zealand route, to permit Air India to code share on Virgin Australia operated services.

Invitation for Submissions

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the variation application.

The closing date for making a submission is 6 March 2025. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Director of the Commission, by email (at contact@iasc.gov.au), of your intention as soon as possible.
