The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application 

from Virgin Australia requesting to renew Determination [2019] IASC 128 which allocates to Virgin Australia 880 seats of passenger capacity per week in each direction on the Indonesia route, subject to certain conditions.

Invitation for other applications

In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the route.

The closing date for making an application is 1 August 2024. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), as soon as possible.
