The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application

from Qantas seeking to vary Determination [2019] IASC 119, on the Japan (Tokyo-Haneda) route, to permit LATAM to code share on Qantas operated services.

Invitation for submissions

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the transfer application.

The closing date for making a submission is 6 February 2024.  If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
