On 2 January 2024, the International Air Services Commission (the Commission) received an application

from Virgin Australia seeking to vary Determination [2023] IASC 114, on the Indonesia (Denpasar) route, to permit Air Canada to code share on Virgin Australia operated services.

Invitation for Submissions

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the transfer application.

The closing date for making a submission is 18 January 2024.  If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention as soon as possible.
