The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application PDF: 346 KB from Virgin Australia requesting the renewal of Determination [2017] IASC 120 which allocates 880 seats of capacity per week on the Samoa route for a further period of 5 years.

Invitation for other applications

In accordance with section 12 and 17 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the Samoa route.

The closing date for making an application is 21 September 2021. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make an application as soon as possible.
