The International Air Services Commission has received an application
from Tasman Cargo Airlines requesting five all cargo frequencies on the Hong Kong route.
Invitation for other applications
In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for the capacity.
The closing date for making an application is 4 March 2021. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make an application as soon as possible.

The Commission requested advice from the Department on whether Tasman Cargo is reasonably capable of obtaining any licenses, permits and other regulatory approvals to operate and service the Hong Kong route and of using the capacity allocated.

On 23 March 2021, the Commission issued Determination
allocating five frequencies per week in favour of Tasman Cargo Airlines Pty Ltd, to operate dedicated freight services between points in Australia and Hong Kong.
