The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application PDF: 309 KB from Virgin Australia to vary Determination [2017] IASC 114 to permit the use of the capacity for the provision of code share services with Aeromexico on the United States route.
Invitation for submissions
In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the transfer application.
The closing date for making a submission is 13 December 2019. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
Update: 17-December-2019
On 16 December 2019, the Commission issued [2019] IASC 208 which varies [2017] IASC 114 to permit the use of the capacity on the USA route for code sharing between Virgin Australia and Aeromexico. The permission is valid for the duration of the determination commencing from the date of issue of this decision.
