from Qantas seeking to vary Determination [2015] IASC 115 (as varied) to permit the use of the capacity for the provision of code share services with Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (Cathay Pacific) on the Hong Kong route.

Invitation for submissions

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the transfer application.

The closing date for making a submission is 22 January 2019. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
