The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application

from Qantas to vary the following Determinations to permit the use of the capacity for the provision of code share services with KLM Royal Dutch Airline on the Indonesia route:

Invitation for submissions

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the transfer application.

The closing date for making a submission is 15 January 2020. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
