The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application [PDF: 70 KB]   from Qantas seeking to vary Determination [2017] IASC 110 to permit the use of the capacity for the provision of code share services with WestJet Airlines on the USA route. It is proposed that WestJet will offer code share services on flights operated by Qantas on the USA route from 1 December 2018.

Invitation for submissions

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the transfer application.

The closing date for making a submission is 9 November 2018. If you are intending to make an application or submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au ), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
