The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application [PDF: 20 KB] from Qantas seeking to vary Determination [2007] IASC 116 (as varied) and its subsequent renewal under Determination [2017] IASC 131 to permit the use of the capacity for the provision of code share services with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the transfer application.
The closing date for making a submission is 25 October 2018. If you are intending to make an application or submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au ), of your intention to make an application or submission as soon as possible.
Update: 26-October-2018
On 26 October 2018 the delegate of the Commission issued Decision [2018] IASC 233 and Decision [2018] IASC 234 varying determinations [2007] IASC 116 and [2017] IASC 131 to permit the use of the capacity on the Singapore route for code sharing between Qantas and KLM. The permission is valid for the duration of the determinations commencing from 26 October 2018.
