The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application [PDF: 77 KB] from Qantas seeking to vary the following determinations to permit the utilisation of capacity for code share services with Air France:
Singapore: [2007] IASC 116 and [2017] IASC 131
Hong Kong: [2015] IASC 115
France: [2016] IASC 108
In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the applications.
The closing date for making a submission is 7 June 2018. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.

On 15 June 2018 the Commission issued the following decisions:
France - Decision [2018] IASC 213, which permits the use of the capacity on the Singapore route for code sharing between Qantas and Air France. The permission is valid for the duration of the determination commencing from 15 June 2018.
Hong Kong - Decision [2018] IASC 214, which permits the use of the capacity on the Hong Kong route for code sharing between Qantas and Air France. The permission is valid for the duration of the determination commencing from 15 June 2018.
Singapore - Decision [2018] IASC 215, which permits the use of the capacity on the Singapore route for code sharing between Qantas and Air France. The permission is valid for the duration of the determination commencing from 15 June 2018.
Singapore - Decision [2018] IASC 216, which permits the use of the capacity on the Singapore route for code sharing between Qantas and Air France. The permission is valid for the duration of the determination commencing from 15 June 2018.
