The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application  [PDF: 421 KB]   from Virgin Australia seeking an allocation of 156 seats per week on the Cook Islands route, to be used by 31 July 2018.

In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the route.

The closing date for making an application is 14 February 2018. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make an application as soon as possible.

Update: 23-February-2018

On 22 February 2018, the Commission issued Determination [2018] IASC 103 allocating to Virgin Australia 156 seats per week of capacity on the Cook Islands route. The determination is valid for five years.
