The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application [PDF: 56 KB] from Qantas seeking to vary Determination [2014] IASC 102 to permit the utilisation of the capacity for code share services with China Airlines on the New Zealand route.
In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the application.
The closing date for making a submission is 19 April 2018. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
Update: 08-May-2018
On 8 May 2018, the Commission issued Decision [2018] IASC 212, varying Determination [2018] IASC 102 to permit the use of the capacity allocated on the New Zealand route for code sharing between Qantas and China Airlines. The permission is valid for the duration of the determination.
