The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application  [PDF: 617 KB]   from Qantas seeking to renew Determination [2007] IASC 110, which allocates unlimited capacity to operate all-cargo services on the China route, for a further period of 10 years from 24 October 2018.

In accordance with sections 12 and 17 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992 (the Act), the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the route.

The closing date for making an application is 22 November 2017. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make an application as soon as possible.

Update: 08-December-2017

On 7 December 2017, the Commission issued [2017] IASC 129 [PDF: 1390 KB]   in favour of Qantas Airways Limited  renewing unlimited capacity allocation to operate all-cargo services  on the China route. The determination is valid for 10 years from 24 October 2018.
