The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application [PDF: 237 KB]   from Pacific Air Express seeking an allocation of unlimited freight capacity on the China route.

In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the route.

The closing date for making an application is 9 June 2017. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make an application as soon as possible.

Update: 13-June-2017

On 13 June 2017, the delegate of the Commission issued Renewal Determination [2017] IASC 111 [PDF: 965 KB]  , allocating to Pacific Air Express unlimited capacity and frequency to operate all-cargo services on the China route.  The determination is valid for ten years from 13 June 2017.
