The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application  [PDF: 68 KB]   from Qantas seeking to vary Determinations [2013] IASC 119, [2014] IASC 109 and [[2017] IASC 119 to permit Qantas to code share on British Airways services on the Italy route, with effect from 25 March 2018.

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the application.

The closing date for making a submission is 15 January 2018. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
