The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application [PDF: 54 KB]   from Qantas Airways Limited seeking to vary Determination [2012] IASC 102 on the Japan route to permit the utilisation of capacity by Jetstar Airways Pty Limited for code share services with Japan Airlines. The variation sought is requested for the duration of the determination.

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions on the applications for variation.

The closing date for making a submission is 28 August 2017. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.
