The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application [PDF: 464 KB] from Virgin Australia seeking to vary Determination [2007] IASC 118 (as varied by Decisions [2009] IASC 201, [2010] IASC 208, [2011] IASC 201, [2011] IASC 210 and [2012] IASC 219) to permit the utilisation of capacity for code share services with Air Berlin on the New Zealand Route.
In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions on the Virgin Australia application.
The closing date for making a submission is 20 September 2016, Tuesday.
If you are intending to make a submission, please inform, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), the Executive Director of the Commission of your intention to make a submission as soon as practicable.

On 21 September 2016, the Commission's delegate issued Decision [2016] IASC 218 [PDF: 160 KB] varying Determination [2007] IASC 118 to permit Air Berlin to code share on services operated by Virgin Australia International Airlines Pty Ltd between Australia and New Zealand.
