The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application [PDF: 39 KB] from Qantas seeking to renew Determination [2012] IASC 107, which allocates 14 frequencies of capacity per week on the UAE route.
In accordance with sections 17 and 12 of the International Air Services Commission ACT 1992, the Commission invites other applications on the Qantas application.
The closing date for making an application is Tuesday, 6 December 2016.
If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make an application as soon as possible.
Update: 19-December-2016
On 19 December 2016, the Commission issued Renewal Determination [2016] IASC 113 [PDF: 1526 KB] allocating to Qantas Airways Limited 14 frequencies of capacity per week in each direction on the UAE route. The determination is valid for five years from 13 November 2017.
