The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application from Qantas [PDF: 137 KB] seeking to renew Determination [2011] IASC 119 which allocates 250 one-way seats per day averaged over 12 months in each direction on France Route 1. The Determination, as varied, permits the use of the capacity for code share services with British Airways, Air France and Emirates.
In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications on the Qantas application.
The closing date for making an application is 4 July 2016, Monday.

On 6 July 2016, the Commission's delegate issued Renewal Determination [2016] IASC 108 [PDF: 976 KB] allocating 250 one-way seats per day of capacity in favour of Qantas on the France Route 1. The determination is valid for five years from 22 May 2017.
