The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application [PDF: 243 KB]   from Virgin Australia seeking a variation of Determination [2014] IASC 116, held by Virgin Australia International Airlines Pty Ltd, to permit the use of the capacity for code share services with Alitalia on the United Arab Emirates route.

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the proposed variation.

The closing date for making a submission is 26 April 2016, Tuesday.
