The International Air Services Commission received an application [PDF: 75 KB] from Tasman Cargo Airlines seeking a renewal of [2005] IASC 120, as amended, which allocates unlimited freight capacity on the New Zealand route.
In accordance with sections 12 and 17 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications. The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 14 September 2015, with the application due by COB 21 September 2015. If no notice of intention is received by COB 14 September 2015, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.

On 22 October 2015, the Commission issued [2015] IASC 112 [PDF: 802 KB] allocating in favour of Tasman Cargo Airlines unlimited freight capacity on the New Zealand route valid for 10 years.
