The International Air Services Commission has received an application [PDF: 162 KB]   from Qantas seeking a renewal of Determination [2010] IASC 112 which allocates 239 seats of capacity per week in each direction on the France-Route 3 (New Caledonia). The Determination is due to expire on 20 May 2016. In accordance with sections 12 and 17 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for the capacity.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 12 June 2015, with the application due by COB 19 June 2015. If no notice of intention is received by COB 12 June 2015, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
