The Commission has received an application [PDF: 459 KB]   from Qantas to vary Determinations [2007] IASC 116 (as varied) and [2013] IASC 120 to permit Qantas and SriLankan Airlines to code share on the Singapore route. In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the application.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB 24 September 2014, with the application due by COB 1 October 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 24 September 2014, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
