The Commission has received an application [PDF: 436 KB]   from Qantas seeking an allocation of 1092 seats of capacity on the Canada route. In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for the capacity.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB 24 September 2014, with the application due by COB 1 October 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 24 September 2014, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
