The Commission has received an application [PDF: 130 KB]   from Qantas seeking a renewal of Determination [2010] IASC 123 which allocates 531 seats of capacity per week in each direction on the Philippines route and expires on 24 October 2015. In accordance with sections 12 and 17 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for the capacity.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 30 October 2014, with the application due by COB 6 November 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 30 October 2014, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
