The Commission has received an application [PDF: 196 KB]   from Virgin Australia seeking a renewal of Determination 2009 [IASC] 129 (as varied), which allocates 180 seats per week of capacity on the Cook Islands route. In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for the capacity.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 17 October 2014, with the application due by COB 24 October 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 17 October 2014, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
