The Commission has received an application [PDF: 244 KB] from Virgin Australia seeking an allocation of 160 seats of passenger capacity per week each way on the Papua New Guinea route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 15 May 2014, with the application due by COB 22 May 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 15 May 2014, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
