The Commission has received an application from Qantas [PDF: 164 KB] seeking a renewal of Determination [2010] IASC 104 which allocates 400 seats of third country code share capacity per week on the Italy route and expires on 7 June 2015. In accordance with sections 12 and 17 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for the capacity.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 13 June 2014, with the application due by COB 20 June 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 13 June 2014, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
