The Commission has received an application [PDF: 54 KB] from Qantas seeking an allocation of 364 seats of capacity on the Chile route. In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for the capacity.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 6 August 2014, with the application due by COB 13 August 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 6 August 2014, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
