The Commission has received an application [PDF: 236 KB] from Virgin Australia seeking a variation to Determinations [2013] IASC 108 and [2013] IASC 109 to permit the use of the capacity for code share services with Singapore Airlines on the Vanuatu route.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 4 September 2014, with the submission due by COB 11 September 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 4 September 2014, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
