The Commission has received an application [PDF: 251 KB] from Qantas to renew Determination [2008] IASC 123 which allocates 129 seats per week on the Philippines route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (i.e. 5pm) on 24 December 2013, with the application due by COB 6 January 2014. If no notice of intention is received by COB 24 December 2013, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.

On 8 January 2014 the Delegate of the Commission issued Renewal Determination [2014] IASC 101 [PDF: 795 KB] allocating 129 seats of capacity per week in each direction as requested.
