The Commission has received an application [PDF: 55 KB] from Virgin Australia seeking an allocation of 1,000 seats per week on the Taiwan route to facilitate plans to code share on Singapore Airlines services on the Australia-Singapore-Taipei route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (ie 5pm) 13 March 2012, with the application due by COB 20 March 2012. If no notice of intention is received by COB 13 March 2012, the Commission may proceed to make a determination.
