The Commission has received an application  [PDF: 233 KB]  from Virgin Australia seeking an allocation of 400 seats of passenger capacity per week on the Netherlands route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (ie 5pm) on 3 July 2012, with applications due by COB 10 July 2012. If no notice of intention is received by COB 3 July 2012, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
