The Commission has received from Virgin Australia an application  [PDF: 265 KB]  for a variation to Determination [2010] IASC120 to permit Singapore Airlines to code share on Virgin Australia services. Submissions about the application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is COB (ie 5pm) on 3 July 2012, with the submission due by COB 10 July 2012. If no notice of intention is received by COB 3 July 2012, the Commission may proceed to make a decision.
