The Commission has received an application [PDF: 32 KB] from Qantas seeking an allocation of 180 seats per week on the Philippines route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.
The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (ie 5pm) 19 January 2012, with the application due by COB 26 January 2012. If no notice of intention is received by COB 19 January 2012, the Commission may proceed to make a determination.

On 7 February 2012, the Delegate, on behalf of the Commission issued Determination [2012] IASC 101 [PDF: 106 KB] allocating 180 seats of capacity per week in each direction as requested by Qantas.
