Qantas has applied [PDF: 55 KB] to the Commission for a variation to Determination [2011] IASC 114 to permit LAN Airlines to code share on Qantas services. Submissions about the application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is COB 12 October 2011, with the submissions due by COB 19 October 2011. If no notice of intention is received by COB 12 October 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
