The Commission has received an application [PDF: 60 KB]  from Pacific Blue Australia seeking a variation of Determination [2007] IASC 118 to permit Air New Zealand to code share on Pacific Blue Australia services on the New Zealand route. Submissions about this application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is cob 23 May 2011, with the submissions due by cob 30 May 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 23 May 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
