The Commission has received an application  [PDF: 93 KB]  from Strategic Airlines seeking an allocation of 1,911 seats of capacity per week on the China route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is cob 27 May 2011, with the submissions due by cob 3 June 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 27 May 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
