V Australia have applied  [PDF: 57 KB]  to the Commission for a variation of [2008] IASC 110, which allocates capacity on the US route, to permit Delta to code share on V Australia services. Submissions about the application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is cob 21 June 2011, with the submissions due by cob 28 June 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 21 June 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
