Qantas have applied  [PDF: 56 KB] to the Commission for an allocation of fourteen B747 equivalent frequencies per week to be used for third country code share services on the route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is close of business (ie. 5pm) 25 August 2011, with the applications due by close of business 1 September 2011. If no notice of intention is received by close of business 25 August 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
