Virgin Blue Airlines have applied  [PDF: 70 KB]  to the Commission for a variation of various determinations on the Indonesia route to permit V Australia to code share on Virgin Blue services. Submissions about the application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is cob 17 June 2011, with the submissions due by cob 24 June 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 17 June 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
