The Commission have received an application  [PDF: 80 KB]  from Virgin Australia seeking 1,625 seats of third country code share capacity to permit Singapore airlines and/or SilkAir to code share on Virgin Australia services to points in India via Singapore. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is close of business (ie. 5pm) 22 July 2011, with the applications due by close of business (ie. 5pm) 29 July 2011. If no notice of intention is received by close of business 22July 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
