Qantas have applied  [PDF: 58 KB]  to the Commission for an allocation of 2,170 seats of capacity on the China route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is cob 21 July 2011, with the applications due by cob 28 July 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 21 July 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
