The Commission has received an application from Pacific Blue Airlines (Australia)  [PDF: 60 KB]  seeking a variation to Determination [2007] IASC 118 to permit Delta Air Lines to code share on Pacific Blue Airlines services between Australia and Auckland and Christchurch. Submissions about the application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is COB 4 January 2011, with submissions due by COB 11 January 2011. If no notice of intention is received by COB 4 January 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
